Billy is knocked out and kidnapped by Dr. Sivana. He is taken back to his hideout, and while bound and gagged, he is introduced to his robot double. Tied to a chair shortly after Billy spends several DAYS tied and gagged as Sivana wreaks havoc on the city all while Billy has to listen to the chaos on the radio. He is helpless to do anything as his prisoner. After days of captivity Billy works his gag off using his robot double’s hand. We get a little extra Billy GiD with Billy’s robot double taking his place as a captive to fool Sivana.
